Today the technician came for the first annual maintenance, a very kind and professional guy and also polite and nice, I can't complain, on the contrary.

A disgraceful company. I haven't had hot water for over a week. I'm waiting for the boiler part to be replaced. It arrives after a few days, but they discover that's not the problem... So what do they do?! They order another part (which they believe is the cause of the problem), but I still have to wait for it to arrive. They don't have the spare parts in stock, so I'm still without hot water for a few more days! I get home from work after the work was done and find the boiler leaking and the bathroom flooded. I call to report the situation, but they don't have anyone come to fix the problem.

Initially, the experience was more than satisfactory, as they were very kind and helpful, even doing me a favor. Problems arose, however, when the air conditioning system, after they had re-installed it into the wall, began to malfunction. They completely ignored the issue, blaming me and putting words into my mouth that I never said (there's no service report I signed that contains their words). In effect, they completely abandoned me with my malfunctioning air conditioner, forcing me to turn to other companies. We replaced our Baxi Ocean Luna boiler after 25 years of perfect operation and have now replaced it with a new Baxi. We also installed a new Baxi air conditioning system. Everything was perfect, from the price, to the installation, to the kindness of the owner, the employees, and the installers. We have always used this company for boiler maintenance.
