I'm writing my review by objectively describing everything from start to finish. 1. Lauro, the sales representative, is a wonderful and helpful person who knows his job very well. 2. The office staff, also kind and helpful, didn't keep the appointment and, after some hassle, showed up about 15 days after the scheduled date—no big deal. 3. We go to work, they tell you and write "change shingles" and make you pay for them, but instead (they tell me they were good... I hope so) they changed 4 of them. The job consists of removing the shingles and re-securing them with foam. Where there are any

The company did an amazing job maintaining my roof. They were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They fixed the leak, replaced some damaged tiles, and sealed all the cracks. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the site after the job was completed. A top company, fast, precise, and professional, with the best value for money. All staff are directly employed by the company, which avoids unpleasant surprises both in terms of the quality of workmanship and workplace safety, where the client is civilly and criminally liable for any injury to a worker if they fail to comply. I chose to be safe and sleep soundly, rather than spend less and have the work done by foreigners who, 99% of the time, are not compliant and don't use safety equipment. Recommendation

We're really satisfied with this company's professionalism. They definitively solved our water leak problem, which we'd already tried to have fixed by people who turned out to be completely incompetent (they even dropped a tile on the hood of my parked car...). The sales technician explained to me in detail the work that would be performed, I checked them, and that's exactly what happened! The guys worked quickly and in a truly organized and professional manner. If I hadn't wasted so much time beforehand, I would have avoided a lot of damage and unnecessary expenses...
