They contact you saying they've already spoken to you and that you asked for a call back. A complete lie, as the caller explained, to deceive elderly people or those unable to handle such a contact. Notice how some 5-star reviews have the same last name. A strange coincidence.

They call you and tell you they've already spoken to you and that you told them to call you back now because you're freer... never happened before. That's how you're ripping off older people, I imagine. Misleading advertising, you deserve a complaint.
