Unfortunately, there's no such thing as ZERO stars. I'm bringing a basic 999 to fix the bike's constant stalling in traffic and to do a general checkup. I should point out that I brought it in after bleeding the clutch because the lever had started giving me problems the day before. After 4 days, I called to check in and they told me the bike was fine 😅 that they'd fixed it and asked if they could replace the clutch pack. A nightmare! I took the bike under warranty and pointed out that there was water coming from the fuel cap. The arrogant and presumptuous old man made me pay for the repair, claiming that no water was coming from the cap. 200 km and I was stranded again. I sent photos of the cap where the water comes from... Moral of the story: the money was never returned. I've never seen such arrogance and presumption in my life!

I took my Panigale 959 for a 24,000 km desmo check and a few other things to be fixed. I found Claudio to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. I was very pleased. Thank you!
