Unfortunately, my experience was negative: once the work was completed and properly welded, they never returned to make the necessary adjustments to the windows and to repair the virtually nonexistent insulation on one of the eight windows that had been replaced. Furthermore, I noted that the polyurethane foam insulation had been poorly done, and there were numerous drafts. I pressed for their intervention for months, but with no response. Highly not recommended!!! I chose them because they supplied the windows and doors for my property, and after years, in 2020, I returned to them to replace the wooden shutters with wood-stained aluminum shutters with adjustable louvers. The supply and installation was presented to me as "simple," but today, just 4 years after the work and having spent over €4,000.00, I find myself having to do the job all over again, with other, more qualified companies!
