Initially, regarding my personal experience replacing a convertible top, I stated that they demonstrated operational incompetence and a lack of understanding of the mechanism required to perform the work. I would like to make a correction to what I said above a month ago, as following a clarification with the owner, a technical issue was identified that prevented a workmanlike execution.
