All I have to say is that in January 2018, I knew almost no English, and now in December 2020, I've taken my PET, a B1 in English, all because I've followed the school's courses diligently. I'm giving this school a 1 because, after having had experience in other English schools in Italy and abroad, I feel I can judge. I started by taking an initial test in which I was assigned to an English level and told that my lessons would be taught by a native-speaking teacher.
