They're kind, but they've gotten incredibly expensive. I've been calling them for 20 years, and their prices were always average. Four years ago, each maintenance visit cost me, all things considered, around €70-80, as was normal. Now a simple service costs €140 (!!!). Every year they replaced the vent pipe. I don't know what they're charging, it gets ruined in a year, adding to the bill that has invariably arrived for the last three years, with no other expenses, just an inspection + salt change + vent pipe change + cleaning, at €200, €198, and €194. I contacted them on behalf of a friend in need. I found a group of truly kind and helpful people, as well as knowledgeable. Their services were fair and financially sound. I had some difficulty getting through to the phone, and the service could perhaps use some improvement.

Very kind people, the lady in the office was very helpful and friendly. The technician (owner) was knowledgeable, competent, and patient in explaining everything, both bureaucratic and technical, which goes against the trend of the know-it-all attitude that characterizes most professionals.
