Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with Matteo, the owner... I was billed for a service I hadn't requested (€2,000), and when I explained that it wasn't included in the contract I signed, but I would have acknowledged the fact that they had worked for us, he blackmailed me into not giving me the auth code for our website (which they had also moved to their server), meaning I would have to throw away all the work I had done and paid for. It's a shame because the people working there are very good, but unfortunately there are serious flaws in the management. Very disappointed.
