We contacted the so-called "service center" to inform them, and a very "knowledgeable" gentleman started telling us over the phone that we had to turn the water on, turn the faucet on, and turn the faucet off. The boiler started to heat up until it reached the red level and continued to heat up. Service center?! They're not answering the phone anymore?! Annual inspection: the technician finds a safety problem and therefore does not complete the maintenance and leaves my boiler turned off and without water.

I contacted Samsung air conditioning support, and they sent me this company for the repair. It took 10 days to get there, and despite having all the details about the fault, the technician didn't have the replacement part with him. I don't understand why they've been telling me for years that annual inspections are mandatory by law, when in fact they're only required every two years. And if you don't sign up for some sort of annual "subscription," the cost of the biennial inspection is out of line. I don't think I'll call them for boiler inspections again.
