Terrible. Almost a year later, I discovered the flaws of this shop, where the only kind person (on the phone and in person) is Roberto. I wrote that they had solved a problem for me; true, because I had accidentally deleted everything; but they had also disabled my webcam and installed a terrible word processor. My laptop was also very slow, so I had to buy a separate webcam. Before Christmas 21, I went to another shop, where two nice guys installed an SSD and updated the driver for the internal webcam. Now my PC is very fast, works perfectly, and has excellent word processor.

I'm truly happy and satisfied with their help. They took care of a serious problem I had with my Microsoft account on my PC and were able to help me tremendously! Their professionalism and kindness are second to none. Thank you for everything, and I'll definitely be back for anything!

I've had problems with my computer twice and turned to them. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They're also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you need a repair.
