Absolutely avoid! 20/05/2018: Almost a year later, I can share the terrible experience I had with the owner of this "company," Mr. Ninarello Maurizio: - despite the owner having received a substantial advance payment for the renovation work (30% of the total), he failed to pay, or only partially paid, the subcontracted companies, forcing them to stop working and triggering a series of lawsuits and payment orders that will have repercussions for years; - the owner works with a surveyor who, in addition to submitting the CILA (Income Tax Declaration) four months late from the start of the work

My apartment underwent a complete renovation. The work was well done, within budget, and completed a couple of days early. Anyone who understands the construction industry knows that such a result isn't easy. I thank Mr. Michele, who is very professional and always available.

A serious company with attention to detail The materials used in the renovation are high-end—I'm not talking about the specifications, but rather the stucco, tile adhesive, and paints... A job well done.

When I met the owner, I thought that of the various construction companies we'd consulted, this one seemed the most reliable. The facade renovations went well, but what struck me was how he managed to get all the residents to agree on the project. I was asked if I could leave a review, and I gladly did.
