The positive experience I had in 2014 with the waterproofing of my 35 square meter terrace was repeated almost 10 years later, with the work covered by the ten-year warranty. Therefore, in my humble opinion, this is a company focused on customer satisfaction; courtesy, availability, attentiveness, professionalism, and reliability are their hallmarks.

The company abandoned the work several months ago following my complaints about the quality of the work. To this day, I'm still fixing the poorly executed work, including leaks in the plumbing system that required me to break down a wall. I won't go into detail about the rest, such as the floors already scratched due to a lack of proper covering. It was certainly a terrible experience that won't be repeated.
