Mr. Francesco was punctual, kind, and professional. I was left outside the door because the lock was damaged. I called a locksmith, who (after an hour's wait) didn't inspire confidence; I still had to pay for the service, even though the locksmith didn't do anything. Luckily, Mr. Francesco arrived within a quarter of an hour and solved the problem with great professionalism. Recommended.

Unfortunately, Trieste is no longer a safe island. We have seen this firsthand. However, in that moment of solemn anger, I found a company that on Saturday morning resolved part of the damage suffered. After a sleepless night, on Saturday morning at 8 I called "Il Posto delle Chiave" (the only one open). At 10 a.m., a new lock was installed, along with an inspection of another apartment. Professionalism, empathy, speed... and a fair price. What else?

Super satisfied! I had a few quotes, and theirs was the most honest in terms of quality, timing, and service! They estimated a couple of months of waiting, considering the holidays between Christmas and New Year (we confirmed the door at the end of October), but it arrived before Christmas! A huge thank you to the guys who installed it with such care, to the owner, who was incredibly kind and super professional, and to the excellent email response service (Martina!) for all the questions I had, especially regarding the regional tender :) Thank you, thank you, and thank you again! ♥️

Super. Quick response. Door locked with key in the lock on the inside. Impossible to get in. Just 30 minutes after the call, I was back in. Highly recommended.
