I contacted Idroclima because I needed to replace my outdoor unit, which had broken after a storm. The owner, Mirko, advised me to replace the three split units in my house plus the outdoor unit, since the old system was 17 years old. From our first meeting, the owner proved to be professional, honest, and helpful. During the installation, the staff was excellent and attentive to the customer's needs, answering any questions I had. Their prices were fair, and I appreciated their kindness and punctuality. There's no worse company than this! I'm going to have to sue for all the damage these people, whom I could call scammers, have done to me! I turned to them for the purchase and installation of a new boiler and air conditioning unit. After being informed in writing that a video inspection was required before installing the boiler to determine what type of boiler was suitable, they still decided to install a model without a video inspection, only to later realize it wasn't suitable. They then dismantled the entire boiler and installed another one, costing me not only time but also several days
