I contacted Salvatore via WhatsApp for a leaky bathroom tap. We arrange a visit very quickly and he provided details regarding payment and method of payment. Everything was fast and straightforward and I used google translate for anything that was unclear. He removed the old tap and installed a new one 2 days later with no issues and was available for questions and concerns. This is a reliable service in Florence and I will use Salvatore for any other such issues in the future.

Salvatore and his co-worker were punctual and very good communicators. They explained exactly what the job entailed (removal of fiberglass hydromassage tub) and were careful about cleaning up afterward and making sure I was satisfied with their work. Last year I wanted them to come for a leak from our Boiler’s pipe but the guy I spoke to (I believe it would be Salvatore?) wanted 60€ just to come have a look… also I had to call like 3 times and had to repeat the story over and over… waste of time … no thanks I don’t need a crook in my house! I have been in Florence for a while and that sort of thing rarely happens.
