Last year we decided to install a new boiler for hot water, a heatpump for our heating and a solar panel system to induce the electricity for our own consumption. After some research we contacted Viessmann, a German brand offering all these systems. As their local representative Viessmann brought us in contact with Idraltecno from Prato. They took over from there and made a plan for the complete project. It took a few months before the materials arrived after we ordered, but Idraltecno managed to install everything in just a few weeks time. Everything was up and running before the winter start

A family-run but well-organized company. I installed a photovoltaic system with battery storage through them. The owner conducted a site inspection and installed the materials as agreed. The job was completed in two days, and the installers were prompt and clean. Excellent pre- and post-sales support; they also took care of all the necessary paperwork, relieving the customer of a very lengthy and complex task. Highly recommended; one of the few companies that doesn't abandon the customer after the job is complete!

I contacted Idraltecno for a quote for a photovoltaic system with storage. I appreciated Mr. Spena's professionalism and honesty. He very objectively advised against installing it because, in my case, the costs would have outweighed the benefits.

Ho comprato una caldaia a condensazione viesman da loro 3 anni fa ,e non faccio altro che chiamare sempre il tecnico a ripararla ,ho speso più di quanto vale questa robaccia e non arrivo a una soluzione (la soluzione è che non voglio sapere mai più di questa gente).
