I installed the photovoltaic system in December and I have to say I was very satisfied. I found both Salvo Pulvirenti and the technicians who performed the work to be very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

Various misunderstandings made the construction of this system less straightforward than expected, and the timing significantly longer than expected. Out of anger, I even left a less-than-positive review. That said, with the work completed and the system fully operational (still in self-consumption mode) and producing full power for the past ten days (and regardless of delays, misunderstandings, and so on, that's what really matters), I can only be satisfied. I would simply urge the company to be a little more transparent with the customer, to avoid any unpleasant issues.

It was a huge disappointment for me. I signed up for the 110% bonus, but without a discount on the invoice, meaning I paid for everything myself. A few years later, having the ability to charge my electric car, I bought it. At this point, I realized that the Wallbox they had installed for me was missing the EQ Master, the device that allows me to perform intelligent charging, i.e., dynamic load management. Lack of professionalism, zero customer protection. I'll have to consult a lawyer to enforce my rights. A 2022 system with poor installation. Solar thermal system not working due to improper installation. Boiler not working. A very expensive system that's worthless. Save your money and change companies.
