A reliable, competent, and helpful person: I highly recommend him! I contacted Mr. Giovanni about a problem with our circuit breaker that kept tripping. Since it was happening to neighbors, too, I contacted the supplier, but he claimed it was our problem. He scheduled an appointment very quickly and meticulously checked, as a professional, for leaks or other faults. To be safe, I had the circuit breaker replaced with a more reliable one, per his advice (which, in fact, was no longer tripping). I called Mr. Meriti about a fault with the intercom and the gate. He dismantled the apartment's electrical panel and removed the damaged part, leaving all the wires exposed. Of course, I paid him, and we agreed that he would call me in the following days to finish the job. A week later, he stopped answering the phone, and the panel remained as he had left it, with the wires exposed. A lack of clarity and very little professionalism.

Mr. Giovanni was more efficient and professional than I've ever seen. I called him on Monday about the broken thermostat, and he fixed it the next day. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend him!!
