Garage'99

I dropped off my scooter, an MBK Booster 50, on July 10th due to a problem with the mixer. Solution: replace it with a new, original one. A couple of days go by, no one hears from me. I decide to stop by the shop: the scooter is completely disassembled, but they tell me the part can't be found and we'll have to wait. Days pass, still silent. Days turn into weeks. I try calling, no answer. On Saturday, July 26th, I stop by the shop again for clarification: the part just can't be found. They tell me that searching on eBay can be risky, as you don't know exactly what you're getting or what condit

Terrible experience....I advise all Husqvarna motorcycle owners not to use this "Authorized Workshop." Totally unreliable... Bikes with 6,000 km...they ruined the timing and the bike was out of phase, risking ruining the engine. I wouldn't even take a bicycle with me...they don't know what they're doing...but the dealership is to blame for handing the service to kids with no experience whatsoever.

I see that many of the reviews are definitely false. A month and a half for a motorcycle, they put their hands where they don't even know how to put them. Instead of improving, the year has only gotten worse. In my opinion, they are terrible, it's better if they close down, they don't know how to work and even ask for money without solving the problems. They should have paid me for the trips I took and also spent €100 to bring the motorcycle there.

I applaud the professionalism and transparency of these two incredibly friendly and helpful guys who took the initiative to open a workshop in Catania, where, after my experience, the professionalism of mechanics is lacking 90% of the time.
