We've been trying to get feedback for months without any support. The system isn't working, we've made the wrong contact with the manager... in short, a disaster. We even signed and paid for a support contract (several hundred euros!!). It would be helpful if, instead of criticizing the reviews of dissatisfied customers, they'd take action to provide the assistance they deserve... we hope they respond and we don't have to resort to legal action.

My wife and I contacted this company personally, given the excellent reviews and since we live in the same municipality as Green Planet. We immediately found ourselves very satisfied; the price was excellent, as were the brands chosen for the installation of the photovoltaic system. Good evening, my name is Gianmaria Tuti; I am writing again regarding the work carried out on my property. As I previously noted, there are numerous safety issues arising from the installation of the photovoltaic system. Despite my requests to resolve these issues, without receiving a positive response and instead receiving images of systems that do not belong to me, I am forced to request an assessment from competent engineers and contact the Federconsumatori association. They will provide legal assistance, if necessary, following an inevitable complaint. I am still available for an agreement

I installed the system with them, but when the inverter broke, they disappeared, the Marcon office was dismantled, and they never respond to my calls in Rome. I contacted CYG (a Chinese installation company) for assistance in Padua, who confirmed the company's unavailability. I've been waiting three months for the inverter to be replaced.
