I'm architect Raul Malavasi, born in 1956. I worked with the Guarascio brothers, Giovanni and Filippo, who completed a drywall project in a 19th-century manor house in Castelvetro in July 2024. There were wooden floors and brick tiles cut to make room for a new staircase, collapsing brick walls, and ceiling tie rods that needed to be camouflaged. They were excellent: punctual, precise to the millimeter, and they anticipated every problem beforehand (and not afterward, as sometimes happens).
