If I could give them -5 stars, I would. I contacted them after attending one of their events to recommend them to my dad's company a few years ago. It was embarrassing. They were unprofessional; I had to explain how to make a landing page myself (I'm not a professional), because it was incomplete and poorly managed. I also had to complain to get a refund for the "advanced" (very little) market research they'd done. Even now, when I see their ads, I get really irritated.
