I found a company capable of providing expert and attentive answers to all the questions I had before deciding to purchase. They were very precise in presenting me with the required timeline (order, delivery, installation, deposits, etc.) and respecting it. During the decision-making process, I also received numerous pieces of advice that proved useful in my final decision.

I ordered a window last year and everything went well. This year I'm ordering another window, and they came to measure a window with a brick vault above it. They left without telling me anything. They demanded 45% up front, 45% when the window is in the warehouse (so everything is on trust), and 10% upon completion. Today, two workers arrived to install the window. Not a great experience. I had requested a window with certain features, but once the work was completed, it wasn't what I ordered. I paid almost everything in advance and they only gave me a €50 discount on a total of €1,700. I didn't find this appropriate for their mistake. But what really bothered me was the communication, the lack of customer service, and the responses bordering on rude. I chose you for the love you so much promote, but I found you cold and indifferent.
