I purchased a security door from the store on Via Campania. At the end of May 2020, a door was delivered that was different from my original, full of defects and imperfections. I paid immediately, but it took 60 days to be heard by the owner and his external collaborator, thanks to my lawyer's certified email. Otherwise, I would still be requesting repairs that would never have arrived. I am completely dissatisfied with both the purchase and the customer service.

I had all the interior doors for my apartment, a glass partition, and a beautiful wooden staircase made by De Santis Carpentry. The result was EXCELLENT. They are true masters of woodworking, the finest craftsmen, not to mention their prices are truly competitive. The assembly workers were very polite, helpful, and professional. The owner himself assisted me with love from the initial design phase to after-sales service. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a custom entryway unit made by De Santis Carpentry based on specific space requirements. The owner provided helpful and valuable advice on how to best utilize the space, while also considering the functionality of the piece itself. We are very pleased with the final result. Recommended! Hello, this morning the workers installed four doors and a front door panel for me in nine hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The workers arrogantly began work, complaining that they didn't want to climb an extra floor to reach the terrace where they could cut the wood, insisting they do it inside the house, creating dust and inconvenience. The work was unfinished, and the doors were disassembled several times. Despite having pointed this out, they disrespected us with insults, loud voices in my house during the afternoon, and threats.
