Excellent company. I thank Francesca, who I contacted yesterday morning (having never called them for assistance with my Baxi boiler) and who followed up with me and was incredibly helpful by sending a technician right away this morning. Emanuele was fantastic, kind, and professional. He fixed the problem temporarily so I could get the boiler up and running again until the replacement part arrives, and he explained the problem to me in detail. Very friendly. Super professional, from the estimate to the completion of the work. I replaced my boiler with them. They did the job excellently, taking care of every detail. Punctual and fast, both in providing the estimate and in scheduling the work. In less than 15 days, I had a new boiler installed and working. Very fair prices for the work done.

We called fb service for a boiler malfunction. The technicians responded promptly, replacing the spark plugs, but didn't resolve the issue. We called them back three times later, over the Christmas period, and they returned promptly each time. In the end, the problem was resolved by Mattia.
