I visited the company yesterday afternoon to choose flooring for my home. I was assisted by a very kind man, Nicola, who provided me with all the necessary details and also assisted me with practical assistance so I could see the tiles both dry and wet (they do change color, indeed). Excellent impression. Thanks for your help.

I purchased a complete floor covering, approximately 400 square meters, from this company, using a team of installers they recommended. The installation was professionally completed, albeit a little late, without any major issues. The problem, however, is evident in the quality of the material, as the tiles have begun to erode in the corners. I promptly contacted the sales representative, Mr. Flavio, but he failed to follow up on my requests to inspect the condition of the flooring. At this point, I contacted the company directly, and they, too, are not even bothering to respond to my reports.
