They demonstrated great preparation, care, and attention to detail, coordinating perfectly with the builders and respecting deadlines. They were always available, both for any subsequent touch-ups and to offer excellent advice on floor maintenance. You can sense the passion, dedication, and desire to improve that underpin their work. They are reliable, precise, and have an excellent ability to listen to the customer's needs. Professionalism, availability, and attention to every need and request. Always kind and punctual. In addition to polishing the floors, they perfectly reconstructed the missing pieces due to the movement of doors and walls, reconstructing the two different types of grout and the missing brass thresholds, and a new marble threshold. An unbeatable compliment: they're polishing, sanding, and restoring antique floors, a job that's rarely found these days (I called them from about 100km away). Quick, helpful, kind (almost a miracle in construction), and at market prices. Highly recommended!
