For the first visit, the technician charged me €90.00, even though the website stated a €50.00 callout fee. Here's the first serious anomaly. Despite this, I duly paid the requested fee, and after an inspection, he gave me a quote for the total cost of €750.00 (seven hundred and fifty!). Suspicious of the exorbitant price charged (I repeat: a total of €750.00), I turned, out of caution, to another company, who solved the problem in 20 minutes for a total of €115.00 (including the callout fee - with a proper invoice). Frankly, I was shocked and quite disappointed.

I recently had my air conditioning installed and was very satisfied with the service. The technician was punctual, professional, and very competent. He worked with precision and cleanliness, explaining the system in detail and answering all my questions with great availability.
