My water heater was leaking due to an old coil that had been damaged. They were professional and honest from the start regarding their costs and the estimate for replacement. During installation, they had to work harder on the flue, which was even beyond their budget. However, since this wasn't reported during the inspection and estimate, they didn't charge me. Honesty and transparency that I've rarely seen in Milan! I highly recommend them.
