I installed a 4.5kW photovoltaic system in October 2023. After dozens of emails, they managed to activate net metering for me in July 2024 (9 months!!!) Now I have a problem: the system isn't producing due to some fault, and I've been waiting two weeks for a response! They don't respond to emails, and the phone never rings! PS. Excellent work by the team of Ugo, Boris, and Daniel. To be honest, we didn't wait that long, considering it took almost six months from signing the contract with Otovo. However, to our great surprise, the time was cut in half, and today the guys finished the work and the testing. As for the first phase, everything is fine; we'll see about the rest later. Anyway, I'd like to thank Ugo, Boris, and Daniel again for their expertise and professionalism. Well done!

For over a year now, ENERGIE ITALIANE has installed at my home: a photovoltaic system with optimizers and 4 storage batteries, a wallbox for charging electric cars and a hybrid heat pump... everything works perfectly: my PV system, with a perfect south-facing orientation and a 40° roof inclination, has produced 7970 kWh and the hybrid heat pump, given that it has been a mild winter, has worked 87% of the winter time on the heat pump... thanks to Paolo, Alessandro, Stefano and Beppe and his guys, a job well done!

Installers Hugo Boris and Daniel did a perfect job installing the photovoltaic system in a very short time and positioning the panels to maximize their performance. Thank you also for your courtesy and punctuality.

Yesterday, the installation of our solar panels with Energie Italiane was successfully completed. We signed the contract on May 23, 2023, and on July 14, 2023, we installed 4.3 kWh of panels, the inverter, and the 5 kWh battery in one day. I thank my sales representative Andrea and the entire team of six technicians, who were simply perfect. I also thank Marco, Luigi, Manuel, Alessandro, and Mahmud. Highly recommended.
