Unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience. I called to check the oven outlet switch to determine whether the problem was the oven or the switch. Diagnosis: the switch worked. So I bought a new oven. When they came to install it, they had to plug it into another outlet via a power strip because the oven outlet wasn't working. MORAL: The oven was fine, and the problem was the switch. When I called back to ask them to fix the switch (for which I had paid), they told me they would call me back after checking their schedule.
