I had a problem with a hinge on a pedestrian garage door installed by a company that went bankrupt, so the hinge seemed impossible to find. The shop owner, who was very kind and helpful—both he and the two ladies I spoke with—went out of their way to find it and solved the problem within two days.

I'm sorry, but I have to advise against this shop. Without the owner, it seems like nothing is possible. I needed to replace a gate remote, and the person behind the counter couldn't even identify the make and model, even though I'd purchased it from them several times. Embarrassing. And with a rude, condescending attitude.

Terrible!!! No respect for the customer and zero professionalism!!! I contacted them on June 13th about a problem with the driveway gate that wouldn't close. Today, July 30th, after a month and a half of waiting and several phone calls, no one has ever shown up!!! CONCLUSION: 2 MONTHS WITH THE GATE OPEN AND THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING ANYTHING!!!!

I'm sorry to give one star, only because it's not possible to give a zero-star rating. From February 11, 2022 to March 27, I've still been waiting for someone to contact me to schedule an appointment (after several phone calls from me, to which the secretaries promptly replied that the owner would get back to me when he returned and that he was really too busy). I strongly recommend leaving the job to someone else who has more time... If only to be considerate of the clients!
