Dearest and offensive in your manner. A customer is a customer who has a request and should always be respected. If you are unable to satisfy it, so be it. If you sell Ferraris, those who want them will come to you, but it is NOT right to denigrate those who are looking for something else. I asked for a quote specifying cost-effectiveness. It would have been enough to say that you sell Ferraris.....I repeat, a customer is ALWAYS TO BE RESPECTED.
