I tried to request a quote, sending photos, emails, and phone calls, and they promised an immediate response. They didn't even bother with me. Their professionalism was lacking. It doesn't seem like a fair way to treat someone who comes to them for work, in my case, for the removal of an asbestos chimney. This also reflects how they advertise on their websites. Resolved with another company.

We've worked with Edil Laurentina twice to remove asbestos roofs and replace them. Everything was done within the legal timeframe, both in terms of bureaucracy and the safety of the workers, who wore high-efficiency suits and masks during the removal process.

A SAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. FIRST THEY LURE YOU TO TAKE ON THE WORK ON YOUR HOUSE AND THEY RUSH TO DO AN INSPECTION, AND THEN, INSTEAD OF SAYING THEY'RE NOT UP TO THE MEASURES, THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR WEEKS, AND IN THE FINAL, WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM TO UNDERSTAND THE REASON FOR THEIR SILENCE, THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE MORE IMPORTANT JOBS THAN YOUR RENOVATION AND THEY STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAVE EVERYTHING IN THE EMAIL... AND THEN THEY SAY THERE'S NO WORK IN ITALY... NO COMMENT :(
