We contacted them by phone for a quote, and they immediately agreed. Then, after seeing the photos of the area to be redeveloped, they said they were too busy. Couldn't they have said right away that they weren't interested in the work? The area to be redeveloped is small; if it had been a park of several hectares, perhaps they would have been available... this was my observation regarding the owner's response.

The staff were really kind and knowledgeable; they did an excellent job renovating my garden. I really complimented them on the final result.
