We've been using them regularly for years for boiler maintenance and repairs. They're the best in Florence and the surrounding province. Professional, fast, and extremely efficient. I booked an inspection and repair in Bagno a Ripoli, and the company was, as always, incredibly quick to schedule an appointment. Kudos to Cristian, the technician who diligently and meticulously performed the inspection and repaired the boiler board in a timely manner. Extremely punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. 100% RECOMMENDED.

We contacted them out of desperation for our air conditioning system, which had stopped working precisely when the heat began. The office was incredibly kind from the start and scheduled an inspection at my home in four days. And from there, within the time it took to order a missing part, they were incredibly quick (and it's June, so that's not a given). Bottom line: within a week, they had my problem solved perfectly, and now I'm here, cool and fresh (after days of infernal heat). So, I'm taking this review both to help someone else and to thank them because they couldn't have done better!

Deceived by the positive reviews and the very complete and reassuring website, I call for assistance on an air conditioner that evidently doesn't work, otherwise I wouldn't have called. The lady on the phone dismisses me with a perfunctory manner, saying that they don't provide assistance on my brand. As expected, it's easier to win the lottery than to find serious people these days. What a disappointment!
