Good products, but I didn't have a good experience with customer service and installation: initially, they installed the wrong way round from what was specified in the technician's instructions, then rushed to install, silicone was applied everywhere as shown in the photos, there were drafts, a strip that I believe was missing, the finish was imperfect, and dust was left everywhere. Terrible is an understatement: competitive prices, but terrible products and installation. Poorly assembled window frames, foam stuck to glass and walls, dust and dirt scattered around, damaged walls with cracks and chipped corners, poorly glued frames, and countless other problems I won't list. I requested a service to fix the damage they caused, but over a month later, still nothing. Excellent marketing, but very poor products, service, and installation... meanwhile, they took my money. Their motto is "We are the highest quality window and door company."...judge for yourself by the photos.
