I have been a customer for years. Made Venetian blinds, electric shutters, terrace awnings, and this year internal and external fixtures of a rather large house. Not at all serious. I contacted them by phone for information because I wanted to buy new shutters. They asked me to email them with my contact information and even the window measurements, since they didn't have time for an inspection. After my email, Terzini never called or responded to my email with a quote. What can I say? I certainly wouldn't recommend them to my contacts because they don't take their customers seriously and are a waste of time.
