Bordering on scammy. No receipt despite multiple requests (obviously, they asked for cash because their POS didn't work), and they don't care about understanding and actually solving your problem; they just try various "fixes" to get as much money out of you as possible. Zero professionalism. Furthermore, the "technicians" they send don't have any tools and work with makeshift equipment. Given the positive reviews, I wasn't expecting something like this, but they obviously treat regular customers better and don't care about new ones.

I had a small leak due to missing silicone around the shower tray. I shared photos of the problem via WhatsApp. This company verbally quoted me €170 excluding VAT (10% VAT) for a callout/inspection/repair. Another plumber quoted me €60 (including VAT) for a callout/inspection/repair (I think that's a pretty fair price).
