Not paying attention to customers. Few days ago I visited there to do some urgent repairs to my car. I entered in the office and nobody was there. A few moments later a lady came and asked me what is the problem with my car? I explained to her. She said it's not possible today. First you have to ask for a quote. She asked me about the problem with my car and contact details. She said that tomorrow she will call me. I waited two days and I didn't received any phone call from her. I searched for phone number on Google and called that number. After second attempt one lady responded me. I explaine

We had a problem on the highway and while looking for a local mechanic, we found this shop. Despite it being a holiday and having other work to do, the lady at the front desk was very kind and ran a free electronic diagnostics for us, also offering advice on how to handle the situation.
