I contacted Climasolservice regarding a problem with my Ariston boiler following a fault that was explained in detail over the phone. When the technicians arrived, they had no idea what the problem might be and suggested I purchase the motherboard. Once I accepted the quote and installed the motherboard, even if the boiler didn't start working again, I would still have to purchase the motherboard and any other repairs if the cause of the fault was discovered. REFUSED FOR BOILER SERVICE Never again. I called for service in March for a boiler that had recently expired under warranty. In fact, two technicians came immediately and left only two hours later, wasting time to charge for another hour of service. Not very fair! A terrible experience, to say the least. We purchased five top-of-the-line Fujitsu air conditioners from them. They hired an outside team to install them, but the work was hasty and superficial. As for the air conditioning installation technicians, I can say that they worked impeccably and professionally, and were punctual with their delivery and scheduled work for that day.
