We turned to Civico 42, attracted by their initial kindness and promptness in coming to take measurements. Unfortunately, once the installation was complete, a real nightmare began. ​The installation was done superficially: my husband had to apply silicone himself around the door because he had completely forgotten, allowing air to leak everywhere. Despite this, the problem persisted. Upon closer inspection with a tape measure, we discovered that the door had been installed crooked: the four corners were different sizes. ​As if that weren't enough, we noticed a hole in the bottom of the door,

I have to compliment them because they were punctual, efficient, and above all professional. I needed to replace a mosquito screen on my French window, and they solved the problem in a week.
