Extreme disappointment! I contacted the Cilione company to install an irrigation system and lawn, and they did it all in one day without first conducting a survey of the existing conditions. The irrigation system didn't work almost immediately. I contacted them after a few days, and with a few small adjustments, they got it working somehow. They promised me the first free lawn mowing and gave me appointments twice, but then they never showed up.
