NON-EXISTENT SUPPORT: UNACCEPTABLE NEGLIGENCE (If I could, I'd give them zero stars) AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! I've been waiting since July for a boiler repair. It's the end of September, and not only has no one shown up, I've NEVER received a phone call with an update or an apology. Their customer service is an insult: They never answer calls. When they do answer, they make obviously fabricated excuses ("we'll be there next week") and promise callbacks that never arrive. They're potentially leaving me out in the cold as winter approaches due to their total lack of respect and professional

They solved a long-standing problem for me that other companies couldn't. The technicians were excellent and the company is very serious and reliable. I highly recommend them. Customer service is top of mind.

Too bad you can't put 0. 3 years ago in August I had 3 air conditioners installed with the bonus, my expense was €1200 excluding the government's share. In February one air conditioner didn't work and the 2-year warranty was up. I called, they came to check and the gas was missing after not even 3 years and it cost me €120. While the technician outside was putting on the gas, the technician who was inside with the screwdriver broke a flywheel inside the air conditioner.
