I turned to Casa Clima for annual maintenance on my Olimpia air conditioning system. After two months, the air conditioning stopped working. I contacted support and was promptly rescheduled. The competent and helpful technician performed a new maintenance under warranty. The company demonstrated great professionalism in dealing with this unexpected issue.

My Olimpia penguin has been under repair at this center for over a month, since the beginning of June. The penguin in question wasn't doing anything it was supposed to do; it wasn't cooling or dehumidifying. I'm no expert, but I don't think it was enough to replace a single part, as they did after three weeks of constant reminders from me and the receptionist's complete inconvenience in answering my calls. Terrible experience. Bosch washing machine: 4 useless repairs, €285.00 spent, and replacement recommended because "sometimes they're defective." Contacted another support team; drum sensor replaced for €60.00; the washing machine still works perfectly...and it's been 10 years!!!!

Terrible dishwasher service. I've been dealing with it for a month. They made me wait 15 days after a call costing me €50. Then they replaced the part for €130. The defect (code E15) disappeared only a day after the replacement parts were installed. I waited another 5 days for the dishwasher to be picked up and brought to the company. After 10 days, there's still no news. And the story isn't over! I will definitely be careful about purchasing a Bosch in the future and calling Casa Service srl for any repairs.
