Fast, efficient, and most importantly, OPEN in AUGUST! I'm not sure €210 for a lock change is a good price.

It can't get any less than one star! In short, it took over 12 months to repair the car. It was delivered perfect... too bad that after four days of rain, there was 2 cm of water inside. The car was left at the Venezia body shop in September 2023, and it seems the paperwork wasn't completed until January 2024. From there, a series of "I'll get it done next month" began... which finally came to pass at the end of January 2025! Hallelujah Hallelujah... too bad that after four days, the car was flooded. Very kind and helpful

Unprofessional and very disorganized. I went to this body shop for a quote. After agreeing on a price (high, but convenient for the location), I asked what day I could come. He gave me a date, but without writing anything down, he said, "Okay." I then called him to confirm, and he said, "Yes, but it's better if you call me on the day you want to come because I don't know if I'm available." So, according to him, I should wake up earlier every day and call him until I find him. Result: I went to another body shop and even saved €150.

I was hit by hail on August 2nd at 8:30 am in 2019 in Olmi. I am insured with Unipol, you know, since it is a new car, and looking at it from the side, the bodywork looked like a colander full of chisels. I took it to the insurance company at the Venezia body shop. I was amazed by the smile, kindness, and courtesy of the staff. In 24 hours I managed to make it as good as it was when I took it out of the dealership. Washed clean with oil in the tires. I am happy and satisfied and relieved of a thought.
