Unfortunately I have to absolutely advise against this body shop, starting with the lack of availability and great rudeness of the owners, I brought my car after an accident to fix some bodywork damage and once collected, after a month, the rainy season began, I immediately noticed that water was coming in from the roof and the front left side, their response was that since a month had passed it was not their responsibility and they would not do anything, causing me a lot of damage as mold had formed in the roof internally, zero professionalism and competence, absolutely do not trust this body

This is my second experience with this body shop and I'm very happy: not only are they super friendly, but they helped me resolve my issues very quickly. They helped me first after a small accident and then for a last-minute repair, finding the time to accommodate me even though it was obvious they were busy. Polite, impeccable, super professional. Excellent and highly recommended.

They're not willing to help you in the short term; if you need to get a repair done that literally takes 15 minutes (done at another body shop), they'll schedule an appointment 10 days out. The staff also appears courteous, but that doesn't excuse their slow response.

I've been here twice for the same problem. The first time, everyone was very kind. The second time, I was about to drop off the car, and I asked them to kindly put a note on the steering wheel saying not to move the seat (for 100% exterior work). I told them that otherwise I couldn't leave the car. At that point, they rudely asked me to leave. Service is everything in this business. If they don't feel the same way, I'll leave it up to you to judge.
