I had to deal with this body shop for a hail repair. It was a terrible experience. Lack of clarity about the final cost of the repair, complaints when asked to show the originality of the replaced parts, crude and low-quality repairs, and a terrifying disassembly of interior parts: The headliner clips were destroyed, the center dome light was cracked and loose due to the internal supports being broken, the side pillars were left disassembled with broken internal clips, the Bluetooth microphone no longer worked, and widespread creaking noises.
