I went to get some work done on my bumper. I left my number so they could contact me the next day to give me a quote for the job. 3 days went by and still nothing. I figured they'd forgotten, so I called them back—it can happen, after all. They gave me the quote and told me they needed to order a part. From the moment I first contacted him, he was kind and helpful. However, after requesting a quote for a permanent repair that I would have to pay out of pocket (not covered by insurance), I was repeatedly put off until the owner finally took photos of the various parts involved and promised to let me know the cost. When the quote arrived and I was about to confirm the work, the owner decided to increase the price previously estimated... Obviously, I chose another body shop.

I highly recommend this body shop. It's my first time there, and only for a small touch-up. The owner was immediately kind and helpful. He completed the job quickly and professionally. In the future, if I ever need it, I'll definitely go back to them, especially since they're so centrally located.
